Rohlik is a disruptive and innovative technological company offering on-demand grocery delivery. We operate in multiple European countries with the HQ and all product development situated in Prague, CZ.
Within Rohlik I have ownership of the product experience (website and App). My role overlaps heavily with product management and strategy, supporting the Tribe lead by creating the north-star vision and strategy and overseeing the execution, mapping the opportunity landscape, prioritising based on customer feedback and business value, and working with all European stakeholders.
Since the recent raise of AI I've been heavily involved in the topic and I am currently managing a customer-facing AI project.

Seznam is a large company covering a wide variety of digital services and media. There are only three countries in the world where Google is not the number one search engine and the Czech Republic is one of them. Seznam is leading the charts here with nearly 7 million active users.
Within my responsibilities was leading the team of 20 UX and UI designers, design supervision and also focus on specialized product work.

Actum is a Prague-based digital agency with a mission to get companies ready and successful in the digital world. They offer a full set of services to enable digital transformation of client's business.
Within the agency I was responsible for managing the multinational team of currently 7 UX/UI Designers and researchers; designing, implementing and improving UX strategy, consulting and educating clients and colleagues in the various aspects of Customer Experience and supporting our development team since brief till delivery.

Centrum is a technology company running second largest Czech web portal and search engine.
Within the company I was responsible for designing user-centered interfaces, aiming for great UX, usability testing, coding websites (HTML, CSS, JS). My focus was on simplicity, usability, consistency and performance while following the web standards. I was also consulting UX-related topics across the other product teams.
