I am an accomplished UX leader and professional with deep expertise in research, design, product management and product strategy. Currently leading a customer-facing AI project, I understand the nuances and challenges of creating intuitive user experiences within complex technological landscapes. Over the years, I've successfully built and led diverse design and product teams, seamlessly integrating UX practices within agile frameworks. My leadership style is driven by a profound commitment to excellence and a proactive approach, often going beyond my assigned responsibilities to drive both personal and organisational growth

 

I currently work at Rohlik.cz - a disruptive and innovative technological company offering on-demand grocery delivery. We operate in multiple European countries with the HQ and all product development situated in Prague, CZ.

 

Within Rohlik I have ownership of the product experience (website and App). My role overlaps heavily with product management and strategy, supporting the Tribe lead by creating the north-star vision and strategy and overseeing the execution, mapping the opportunity landscape, prioritising based on customer feedback and business value, and working with all European stakeholders. 

Previously, I worked as a Head of Design at Seznam.cz - a large Czech web portal, product and media company with 7 million active monthly users. My previous notable experience was Actum digital agency based in Prague, where I was leading an awesome team of designers and researchers.

At work and away from it I enjoy challenges; I'm always up to trying something new. New food, a new sport, learning something new, reading a good book on a new subject... You name it.
